At Newxel, which is available at, one of our top priorities is the privacy of our users. This document describes the types of information Newxel collects and records, 
the purposes for which it is processed and how it is protected.
To provide transparency and give you more control over your personal information, this Privacy and cookies policy (“Privacy Policy”) describes how your personal information is collected, used, stored when you browse or visit, subscribe, fill out a contact form, attend an event, and provide us with your personal data, job applications or communications via online chat at (the “Site”).

Purposes of collecting and processing personal data 

We store the data of users of our Site for the purpose of analysis and statistics. This data includes information about your activities on the Site, such as pages viewed, time spent on the page, date and time of visit, resources used and other analytical information. This information is anonymous and is used solely for internal analysis and to improve the quality of our services. All information voluntarily provided by the user and allowing to identify him is collected only in the presence of direct consent to the collection, storage and processing of personal data in the corresponding check box when filling out a contact form, submitting a job application, communicating via online chat or subscribing to news.
This privacy policy applies only to our online activities and applies to users of our Site and our social media platforms with respect to the information they share and/or collect. This policy does not apply to any information collected offline or through channels other than this Site that the User provided individually, without coercion, realizing and understanding the content of the information provided.
We will not process/transfer/store your personal data unless prohibited by applicable law.

We may use the information collected to:

Information Collected Using the Site

The Site does not have a permanent account login system and therefore does not store any personal information on its servers, other than the information you have provided yourself by completing the Newxel newsletter form and feedback forms posted on the Site or chat Newxel may store information about the connection, traffic, date and time of the duration of the user’s work on the Site.

Cookies. Cookies (or similar technologies) are tiny text files containing small amounts of data about you and your interaction with our Site. Cookies work by assigning users with unique reference codes (identifiers) that are placed on their device when they access the website. Later (if they last longer than a web-session) they are sent back to the originating website on each subsequent visit, or to another website that recognizes them.
Some cookies are critical for the proper functioning of our Site (“Necessary Cookies”), whereas others help us personalize and improve your experience while using the Site (such as “Preference Cookies”, “Statistic Cookies”, and “Marketing Cookies”).

Web bug is generally a one-pixel transparent graphic image (though it may also be visible) placed on a web-page or in an e-mail, allowing to check if a web-page or e-mail has been viewed or received.

Pixel tags, web beacons and trackers. We may also use pixel tags, web beacons and trackers to help us collect information about your interactions with our site and our advertising campaigns on other websites and social media.

Using analytics from LinkedIn. Our Site also uses analytics tools from LinkedIn to collect information about users’ interactions with our Site. This data includes information about visits to our Site from LinkedIn platforms, as well as statistics about users who interact with our content on LinkedIn. This information helps us analyze the effectiveness of our marketing efforts and improve our LinkedIn presence. Use of Google Analytics and Facebook. Our Site uses Google Analytics and Facebook to collect anonymous information about how you use our Site. This information helps us understand how you interact with our Site, improve its functionality and provide a better user experience. Google Analytics and Facebook may collect various types of information, including IP addresses, browser types, language, devices used, date and time of visit, visits to our site and other statistical data. This information is processed to analyze and improve our Site and our services. Log Data and Device Information – Log Data and Device Information. Our Site automatically collects a variety of information (“log data”) when you visit and use our services. This log data may include information such as IP addresses, browser type, software version, device type, unique device identifiers, time and date of visit, time spent on pages, and other statistical information. This data is collected automatically using various technologies such as cookies, web servers and third-party web services. They are used to analyze trends, administer the site, track user movement around the Site and gather demographic information about our general audience. This information will help us improve our Site and solve problems related to its operation.
We process this data based on our legitimate interests in ensuring the functioning of our Site and providing quality services to our users. Log data may be retained for the period necessary to achieve these purposes and may then be deleted or anonymized.

During the Site visits we may collect technological information, which per se cannot identify you by name. As an example, such information may include your IP (Internet Protocol) address, pages you visit on this Site, other Internet pages you visit, and what browser do you use when browsing the Site. Using HubSpot’s Contact Form. Our Site uses a contact form provided by HubSpot for your convenience in contacting us. If you choose to contact us through the contact form, you may provide your personal information such as name, email address, phone number and message. This data will only be used to respond to your request or to contact and send you information related to your request. Information provided through the contact form is handled in accordance with HubSpot’s Privacy Policy. Who can have access to your personal data

We may share the collected information with third parties under the following circumstances:

  • To service providers, contractors or other third parties who provide services to us or on our behalf.
  • To comply with legal obligations, such as responding to a subpoena or court order.
  • To protect our rights, property, or safety, and the rights, property, or safety of others.

In order to improve the efficiency of the service, some of the suppliers and/or contractors are located in territories outside the European Economic Area, in countries that do not offer a level of data protection comparable to that of the European Union. In such cases, please note that we transfer your data with appropriate security measures and always keep your data secure using other data transfer tools, such as contractual clauses with such suppliers and/or contractors and any other appropriate additional measures to ensure security of your data at a level no lower than in the territory of the European Union.

Data transfer across borders

As Newxel is an international company that operates worldwide and has relevant contractors in various countries, may have servers in the European Economic Area (EEA), personal data collected by Newxel may be transferred and processed across borders, including but not limited to exclusively, to and from the European Economic Area (EEA). 
By using the Site and Services, you agree to such transfer and processing of your personal data. At the same time, Newxel guarantees adequate protection of your personal data in case of cross-border transfer.

Your rights regarding your personal data

You have the following rights regarding your personal data:

  • The right to access your personal data processed by the company.
  • The right to request the correction or deletion of your personal data if it is inaccurate 
or processed unlawfully.

Information security

We take reasonable steps to help protect information about you from loss, theft, misuse and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and destruction. However, no transmission over the Internet is completely secure or error-free, and you use the Site and Services at your own risk.

Use by children

The Newxel Services are not intended for use by children. We do not knowingly collect or request any personal information from children under the age of 18 (depending on the EU member state). If Newxel learns that a child’s personal information has been provided to us, we will delete it from our databases.

Limitation of liability

We are not responsible for lost profit, unearned profit, loss of data, or any other damages of users of the Site if such occurred when using the Site. The User of the Site uses the Site at his own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither Newxel nor any other party involved in the creation, production, or maintenance of the Site shall be liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages whatsoever incurred or caused by that the user has accessed, used or relied on the Site, even if the user has been advised of the possibility of such damages and losses.
We do not guarantee and do not claim that the use of material provided on the Site will not harm the interests of third parties. All rights to the content of the Site belong to Newxel or are used with the consent of the rights holders.
Users of the Site must not distribute, modify, transfer, use or reuse any information from the Site for any public or commercial purpose without Newxel’s written permission. Users must comply with all copyright and other proprietary notices on downloaded and/or copied materials. The copied information must contain an active hyperlink to the Site. Information from the Site can be copied for non-commercial purposes for posting on user pages, blogs, and social networks.
